SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are handmade and can take up to 4 weeks to be completed.

Any of the items that are shipped out by us are packaged adequately for shipping.

If there is an issue that occurs, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.

Please know that there are times where issues occur within the post office. We are NOT a company that believes that once your package leaves our hands, it is no longer our problem. If your package is late, missing, or damaged, we will work with you every step of the way to resolve the issue.

EASY RETURNS

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items. If there is an error on our part, we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All items will be shipped via USPS and delivered in 6 to 8 days from day of ship.

Tracking number will be given once you item has been shipped.

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
